Are you traveling to Indonesia and, based on your nationality, require a Visa on Arrival? You can have your Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA) processed through our service before your trip.
The eVOA is a single-entry visa for a stay of up to 30 days in Indonesia. The period of stay begins on the day you enter Indonesia. During your stay, the eVOA can be extended once for up to an additional 30 days, allowing you to stay in Indonesia for a maximum of 60 days in total. For eVOA holders, the extension can be applied for online through the Indonesian immigration system.
First your Arrival Card, then your eVOA
International travelers are also required to complete the mandatory Indonesian arrival declaration through All Indonesia. This Arrival Card is separate from the eVOA: every international traveler must complete the required Arrival Card, while an eVOA is required for travelers of certain nationalities, as listed below.
Through our form, you can arrange both requirements in the correct order. The Arrival Card can be applied for through us up to 120 days before your arrival. If you apply earlier, we will hold your application and automatically process it at the appropriate time before your trip.
The actual processing of the Arrival Card takes place within 72 hours before your arrival in Indonesia. Once the Arrival Card has been successfully processed, we will automatically begin processing your eVOA – if an eVOA is required for your nationality and has been included in your application – according to the processing speed you selected.
This means you do not have to wait until shortly before departure to submit your application to us. You can provide your details in advance, and we will schedule the processing for the appropriate time.
Important: An eVOA can only be processed through our service after the Arrival Card has been successfully processed. Your Arrival Card/QR code will be delivered to you by email within the applicable processing window.
eVOA validity
The eVOA allows one entry into Indonesia and an initial stay of up to 30 days from the date of arrival. This period can be extended once during your stay for up to an additional 30 days. This allows for a maximum stay of 60 days.
Obtaining an eVOA does not automatically guarantee entry into Indonesia. The final decision regarding admission is made by the Indonesian immigration authorities upon arrival. The information on the eVOA must also correspond with the passport used for travel.
