As a Dutch company, we always charge VAT to customers within the European Union (EU), based on the local VAT rate of the customer's country.
We are registered under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, which allows us to declare and pay VAT across all EU member states in one simplified filing.
For non-EU countries, we only charge VAT if our annual sales to that country exceed the local registration threshold. Until that threshold is reached, no VAT is applied on invoices outside the EU.
